Our Estimators are instrumental in maintaining our standard of excellence across all projects. This role requires more than just handling take-offs and proposals; it involves a deep understanding of construction processes, customer needs, and project management. Our Estimators are trusted resources for our customers and pivotal in collaborating with Project Managers to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Detailed Project Analysis: Interpret plans and specifications to comprehensively understand and bid on work scopes
- Accurate Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare estimates in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Customer and Vendor Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution
- Contract Review: Analyze and review contracts to ensure compliance and correctness
- Compliance with Procedures: Ensure adherence to In Line Flooring’s established project systems and procedures to consistently deliver excellent service

Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with industry standard estimating software
- A commitment to integrity and ethical business practices
