Commercial Flooring Junior Estimator

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Project Documents: Review plans and specifications to accurately estimate time and materials needed for flooring installation
- Bid and Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals to customers, including scope of work, cost breakdowns, and project timelines
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to discuss estimates, resolve issues, and provide advice on flooring options, cost savings, and project modifications
- Supplier Relations: Obtain pricing, product specifications, and order materials
- Ensure Project Objectives Are Met: Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that estimations and project implementations are compliant with contractual terms and industry standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
